Helena Mitchell – Sales Cadet
“I’m super exited to be part of the sales
team here at Lexus. It’s great to be
working with a refreshing and luxurious
brand. I’m a crazy animal lover and have
been known for bringing home rescue
animals without warning. When I’m not
working, you can find me at the beach
or curled up on the couch, watching
Disney movies with my dog.”
Richard Nguyen – Grooming
Coming to Lexus of Auckland City from
Espresso Car Wash with experience in
Automotive Engineering from Unitec,
Richard saw the opportunity come
up and couldn’t look past it. He likes
to spend personal time working on
his Honda Civic, eating, sleeping or
working out.
Ben McGroarty
– Sales Executive
With previous experience in the Insurance
industry Ben joins us at Lexus of
Auckland City as a huge Japanese car
fan. Seeing the opportunity at the best
Japanese brand, in one of the country’s
leading companies he couldn’t pass it
up. Ben is also interested in callisthenics
and working on cars.

Matthew Barnett
– Kia Vehicle Groomer
Having sold used European cars, Matthew
joins the team at GNS to meet
new customers and work with the
industries finest. Matthew has a consistent
desire to learn new processes,
and give customers the best possible
service. His favourite vehicle is the
Kia Sportage, as it ticks a lot of his
wish-list boxes.
Maifa Ikinofo - Groomer
Maifa has come to Giltrap North Shore
after studying at Unitec. Valuing the
people he works with, he loves the
satisfaction of a perfectly clean car.
The Holden Commodore GTS is a clear
favourite pick with its aggressive look
and power.
Shama Singh
– Kia Master Technician
Shama joins the team after managing
a workship. The challenge of time management
combined with working on a
new product keeps Shama engaged.
While every challenge provides the
opportunity to learn, the most exciting
for Shama is working on the Holden
Performance vehicles.
Nigel Tipler – Service Manager
Moving over from Giltrap Nissan as
their Service Manager, Nigel has spent
17 years in the Giltrap Group. Nigel
loves all the new people, personalities,
office space and being closer to home.
His Holden of choice is the SSV Redline
Sportwagon, and all-round perfect car.
Wayne Sillman
– Kia Master Technician
With extensive product knowledge
for KIA, Wayne joins the team from
South Africa. With high importance
placed on family and values, he fits
right in. Overcoming the challenges
of disgruntled customers is a focus
for Wayne.
Andre De Almeida – Grooming
Coming to the GNS family from Dubai
where he worked as a professional
photographer, he is passionate about
doing a good job. His hobbies include
studying the financial market and his
vehicle of choice is a Kia Sorento as
long as it has a sunroof.
