Bentayga is now available with the world’s most<br />
refined 8-cylinder diesel engine - the first in the marque’s<br />
history. It has been developed to deliver world-class<br />
Bentley performance with extended range. The Bentayga<br />
Diesel is an SUV for every kind of journey – whether it’s for<br />
travelling just around the corner or heading to the farthest<br />
corners of the earth. It combines practicality, power and<br />
luxury with innovative technology.<br />
The diesel’s extended range of over 1000km is made<br />
possible, courtesy of its fuel efficiency, 85-litre tank and a<br />
host of other technical refinements – delivering a combined<br />
fuel consumption figure of only 8.0L/100km).<br />
Not only is the new SUV variant fuel-efficient, it is the<br />
fastest and most refined luxury diesel ever built. It’s allnew<br />
4.0L, 8-cylinder, 32-valve engine delivers 429bhp and<br />
a top speed of 270km/h. It achieves a 0 to 100 time of 4.8<br />
seconds thanks to 900Nm of torque. The performance is<br />
effortless on and off the road.<br />
Subtle styling details include the gloss black Matrix grille<br />
with chrome surrounding the centre bar, along with two<br />
twin-exhaust outlets at the rear. A ‘V8 DIESEL’ badge sits on<br />
the lower edge of the front doors, but this can be changed<br />
for a Union Flag.<br />
Inside, distinctive design details created by Bentley’s expert<br />
craftspeople give it a unique look and feel. The fluted seat<br />
design is both simple yet elegant, with the pattern repeated<br />
on the door pads.<br />
