<strong>We</strong>lcome to the tenth edition of <strong>We</strong><br />

<strong>Love</strong> <strong>Cars</strong>. In this edition it’s hard to<br />

know where to start as we have so<br />

many building projects completed<br />

or almost completed, along with an<br />

onslaught of new models that have<br />

hit or are about to hit the market.<br />

Let’s start with the later. <strong>We</strong> have just<br />

seen the launch of brand new Audi Q2<br />

model and I think this car is a super-cool<br />

Small SUV (starting at $54,500 +orc)<br />

with brilliant styling. The car looks like<br />

fun and that’s true when you take one<br />

on a drive. This is a great car that you’ll<br />

enjoy driving around town and on the<br />

open road alike. It might be Audi’s small<br />

SUV but it still has the famous Audi feel<br />

of quality you find in the larger ones.<br />

The next car I want to talk about is<br />

from Holden. This is a vehicle that you<br />

may not expect Holden to build. The<br />

Astra (starting from $30,990 + ORC) is<br />

built and designed in Europe so it has<br />

that European styling, feel, quality and it<br />

drives brilliantly too. To put it simply it’s<br />

a European car at Japanese competitors’<br />

prices. If you are in the market for<br />

a hatchback you need to take look at<br />

this car (it is fantastic value for money).<br />

The final car is the new Porsche Panamera.<br />

Whether you love or hate the<br />

previous Panamera, no one could deny<br />

the car had presence. <strong>We</strong>ll guess what,<br />

that’s what I love about the new model.<br />

They have smoothed out all edges and<br />

made the new one much prettier looking,<br />

whilst still maintaining the familiar<br />

presence. The other thing I love about<br />

the new Panamera is the interior; it’s<br />

just so cool with its super wide screen<br />

for the infotainment system. I’m not<br />

going to mention how good the car<br />

performs, after all it’s a Porsche, and<br />

that speaks for itself.<br />

I was also going to talk about all the<br />

other new models that have just arrived<br />

or are arriving, due to fact there<br />

are so many! I’ll talk about them in our<br />

fortnightly email newsletter, Cool <strong>Cars</strong><br />

& Great Deals. If I was to name some, it<br />

would have to include the Skoda Kodiaq,<br />

Lexus LS, Range Rover Discovery, Audi<br />

RS5, Bentley Continental Supersports,<br />

Huracan Performante and so many<br />

more.<br />

Moving on, we are very proud to<br />

say that our new Skoda showroom<br />

“Giltrap Skoda” (58 Great South Rd,<br />

Newmarket) has re-opened – it’s the<br />

first in the country to have Skoda’s new<br />

corporate identity. The new showroom<br />

really demonstrates that Skoda is a<br />

brand on the move and this will give<br />

customers even further confidence<br />

of that. Part of this trend is the new<br />

Kodiaq (7-seater) SUV, which is shaking<br />

up mid-size SUV market with a starting<br />

price of $39,990 + ORC.<br />
