Honey Vinegar Pie lives<br />

an oddball combination,<br />

manager Lou Ginocchio<br />
says the pairing just<br />
works. “The vinegar<br />
not only balances out<br />
the sweetness of the<br />
honey but also brings<br />
out many of the other<br />
fl avors (such as the<br />
vanilla bean). Chef Paul<br />
Alford sprinkles a touch<br />
of Maldon sea salt on<br />
top—which really makes<br />
