Winter Blues Fest<br />
Hosted by the Cincy Blues<br />
Society at The Phoenix, the Winter<br />
Blues Fest is entering its fourth<br />
year and draws talent from across<br />
the country. Manx blues guitarist<br />
Davy Knowles (from Chicago and<br />
Ireland) is headlining Friday night,<br />
and the Michele Lundeen Band<br />
(from San Diego) and Southern<br />
Avenue (from Memphis) headline<br />
Saturday night. The venue’s<br />
four stages will also be rotating<br />
performances by 26 other local<br />
and regional bands throughout<br />
