Registering to Vote
Life in Brevard
WHAT YOU NEED
TO REGISTER
To register to vote, you must fill out
a Florida voter registration application
form, available online at brevardelections.org,
by mail and at
locations listed below. If you print
them yourself, you must sign and
deliver the application to the Supervisor
of Elections office; applications
received by fax or email are
not valid.
In addition to using these forms
to register to vote, you can use them
to notify a change in your address,
name or party affiliation, or to
request a replacement voter ID card
if yours is lost, stolen or damaged.
To be eligible to register to vote in
Brevard County, you must be:
» A U.S. citizen
» A Brevard resident
» 18 or older. You may preregister
on or after your 16 th birthday, and
may vote in any election on or after
your 18 th birthday.
» Not currently adjudicated
mentally incapacitated with
respect to voting in any state
» Not have a felony conviction on
your record, unless your civil rights
have been restored
