The ramp rate can be up or down so you can control how fast you need! want to cool as well. This
controller can be retro-fitted to any existing kiln giving you precise control and automatic fundionality.
No more needing to turn up % dials - you can simply start the controller before bed and it w ill fire over
night. The other great benefit is that it incorporates a delay start fundion so you can set it to run when
the power gets cheaper at night, saving even more.
Retro·fit Multi-Stage Controller can
be fitted to any existing kitn
3. Safety
Woodrow Kilns feature two importance safety devices. Firstly, there is an integrated safety door switch
that disengages the power to the elements should the door open . Secondly, and most importantly, is
our safety 'watchdog' backup circuit that is built into the kiln's controller. The controller 'watches itself'
to see that it is in fact doing what it's programmed to do. Shou ld something go awry, the controller will
trigger a safety alarm that will cut power to the kiln through a dedicated safety relay, separate from the
kilns normal control relays. This gives piece of mind that, should something go wrong, the kiln will not
over-fire.
4. Quality/ Longevity
Woodrow kilns all come with 100% aluminium frames and casing. Unlike steel frames and low quality
stainless steel casing, these frames won>t rust from the corrosive fumes that are generated during firing.
They feature an integrated stand and frame and are also much lighter, making them easier to move and!
or deliver.
