The Electrotechnics Division uses silver to make electrical contacts that improve the safety and lifetime
of electrical equipment throughout their life cycle. The Division meets the growing requirements of the
electrical industry with its metallurgy expertise, assembly work, organizational flexibility, commitment
to innovation and partnership with its customers. Targeted mainly at larger accounts, the Division is
equipped to provide a full range of materials, components and assembly parts, with geographic coverage
all over the world.

The customers of the Division are
involved in a continuous improvement
process and their requirements in terms
of performance are constantly rising.
To keep a competitive edge and offer
the best products, the Division attaches
great importance to innovation. It therefore
works closely with its customers
in the early stages of developing new
products or new processes, and provides
advice and expertise from the
beginning of the design of new applications.
Prior approval of materials by the
client is a step that requires a multiform
partnership, advanced means of characterization
of materials and electrical
testing. All the teams of R&D, production
and sales are very experienced in the
process of certification.
Quality of product and performance
of service are at the core of customer
satisfaction, and remain the focus of the
Electrotechnics Division. This determination,
deployed over the years, allows
the Division to provide qualified products
with technical performance and proven
reliability.
The Electrotechnics Division also offers
to its customers an integrated logistic
flow designed to ensure availability of
products in time, for example by providing
systems in line with customer
demand (Kanban, VMI, consignment).
Each year our capabilities are tailored
to the demand of geographical markets,
the productivity is improved through
continuous efforts in the investment of

to an increase in skills, automation of
production lines and broadening of our
product range.
Performance management systems
have been implemented (ISO9001,
ISO14000, OHSAS 18001), an environmental
policy deployed worldwide
(RoHS, REACH) and we have an exemplary
citizen approach (ethical charter,
membership of Global Compact United
Nations) in line with further expectations
of our customers.
