Annual Xmas Fayre
Gryffe High School, Old Bridge of Weir
Road, Houston, 6.30pm to 8.30pm
Our annual Christmas Fayre offering a wide variety
stalls with many lovely gifts for the Festive Season,
from scarves and handbags through to handmade
soaps, cards and Christmas crafts. Get a free
mince pie and mulled wine/tea/coffee with each
adult ticket and juice with each child ticket. Tickets
are priced £3 per adult and £1 per child and may
be purchased in advance or at the door. So, come
along and support the school and the PTA and
help to raise extra funds for the benefit of all the
Gryffe High students. Thank you!

Erskine Christmas Lights Switch On

On Friday 24th November at Bridgewater Shopping
Centre, Erskine, Santa will lead the procession
from Mains Drive Shops to Bridgewater Shopping
Centre at 6:45pm. Dress up in your Christmas
lights, Tinsel and Bells. Festivities (Santa,
Music, Children’s Rides, Tombola) at Bridgewater
Shopping Centre from 6:45pm to 7:45pm. Lights
switch on at 7:15pm.
St Colm’s celebrates 25yrs
St Colm Parish Church, Smithy Brae,

Celebrating 25 years since the opening of the
new church building in Smithy Brae. We would
be particularly delighted to share this special
occasion with anyone who has a connection past
or present with St Colm’s, and extend an open
invitation to join us. Bishop John Keenan will
celebrate mass at 7pm in St Colm’s, followed
by refreshments in the Kilmacolm Community
Centre.

a St Andrew’s Ceilidh at the Gamble Halls in
Gourock, with entertainment coming from the

Torchlight Parade
West End of Glasgow, 6pm to 7.30pm
This evening celebration of Scotland’s patron
saint will take the form of a torchlight parade
passing through the main parts of the west end
using a rolling road closure. The rolling closure
will mean the roads are safe for the procession
to walk but will limit any inconvenience to road
users. Full details of the event, timings and how
