Dynamic Business Modelling<br />

The <strong>Intrapreneurship</strong> Bootcamp combines<br />

instruction in our holistic approach of<br />

Dynamic Business Modeling, novel<br />

methods and tools and related aspects<br />

with practice-oriented project work and<br />

personal refl ection. Within a period of<br />

three days, the participants in teams<br />

will experience their own <strong>innovative</strong><br />

company project, employ new tools and<br />

learn how to integrate such processes<br />

in a company environment.<br />

Entrepreneurial Mindset<br />

The entrepreneurial mindset, leadership<br />

skills, enthusiasm <strong>for</strong> a shared vision or<br />

dealing with uncertainty cannot be taught,<br />

but are acquired through experience and<br />

practice.<br />

Learn the structural prerequisites <strong>for</strong><br />

an entrepreneurial organisation through<br />

enabling employees to shoulder<br />

responsibility. How do you deal with<br />

uncertainty, change, risk and failure and<br />

how can trans<strong>for</strong>mation processes be<br />

made more <strong>innovative</strong>, including best<br />

practice examples?<br />

Methods and Tools<br />

Become familiar with tools, methods and<br />

resources that can help create <strong>innovative</strong><br />

ideas and business models, such as<br />

design thinking, lean start-up, business<br />

model canvassing, prototyping, Blue<br />

Ocean, strategy development methods<br />

and much more. Learn how to choose the<br />

right weapons from the innovation<br />

toolkit. Acquire practical knowledge to<br />

make ideas tangible, actively work on<br />

ideas in teams and develop concepts that<br />

are defi ned and tested in initial prototypes<br />

to capture user feedback.<br />

Organisational Structure<br />

Innovations are made by people, not<br />

by company processes. An entrepreneurial<br />

organisational structure with responsible,<br />

entrepreneurially thinking employees<br />
