Successful companies know that they need to take unexplored pathways to ensure their future success. For that, they need innovative employees who take on responsibility and who shape the future with their entrepreneurial thoughts and actions – in other words, employees who are also entrepreneurs. All of this requires new ways of thinking in businesses, new organisational and management structures and allowing employees more freedom. Experienced companies can learn from the dynamic innovative culture found in start-ups and entrepreneurs. The SCE offers a holistic approach called Dynamic Business Modelling that will prepare your organisation for the future. In our structured, practice-oriented 3-day workshop Intrapreneurship Bootcamp, future intrapreneurs can learn the approach to designing a dynamic innovation process and apply the associated tools and KPIs. They acquire entrepreneurial skills and learn how innovative projects can be implemented in the company context. In addition, the SCE offers a half-day introduction to intrapreneurship for executives and conducts individually tailored intrapreneurship programmes for companies. About the Strascheg Center <strong>for</strong> Entrepreneurship (SCE)<br />
The SCE supports emerging entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and <strong>companies</strong> in<br />
establishing a dynamic culture of innovation and in anchoring entrepreneurial<br />
competencies and leadership qualities that are needed to shape viable<br />
company strategies, holistic solutions and sustainable implementation.<br />
As a private research institute attached to the Munich University of Applied<br />
Sciences, we were named by the Federal Ministry of Economics and<br />
Technology (BMWi) as Germany’s “EXIST-Gründerhochschule” (start-up<br />
academy) <strong>for</strong> our innovations and future-oriented <strong>training</strong> and start-up<br />
promotional programmes. In 2017, we once again reached the first place<br />
among the German universities and colleges in the BMWi Start-Up Radar<br />
study. We are constantly further developing our educational approaches<br />
and our understanding of entrepreneurship. To this end, we are active in the<br />
regional, national and international institutions that are helping to shape<br />
a European understanding of entrepreneurship.<br />
