FOOD TECHNOLOGY<br />
In Year 10 Food Technology – Pasta Unit,<br />
students are being assessed on their pasta<br />
making skills. Part of the assessment requires<br />
students to work in their chosen group to<br />
design their own pasta dish and to come up<br />
with their desired pasta shape, colour and<br />
flavour.<br />
