Princess Cruises is launching a<br />
new Culinary Cruise Series featuring<br />
a pair of top Miami chefs, the<br />
line announced this week.<br />
Sailing out of Fort Lauderdale in<br />
February, Miami-based chefs Brad<br />
Kilgore and Scott Linquist will join<br />
travelers on Regal Princess for a<br />
week-long journey to the Western<br />
Caribbean.<br />
The chefs will offer a range of “curated<br />
culinary experiences” and<br />
demonstrations.<br />
Guests will be able to participate<br />
in chef-led cooking demonstrations,<br />
interviews, cookbook signings<br />
and special menus throughout<br />
the ship’s restaurants and<br />
bars.<br />
“Dining onboard a Princess cruise<br />
ship is a culinary journey from the<br />
food made from scratch to the<br />
award-winning chef partnerships<br />
we have on board,” said Gordon<br />
Ho, Senior Vice President of Marketing<br />
for Princess Cruises. “For<br />
this unique cruise experience,<br />
Chef Kilgore and Chef Linquist will<br />
bring their food experience —both<br />
in and out of the kitchen—to excite<br />
and educate our guests.”<br />
The chefs will each personally<br />
lead a customized shore excursion,<br />
with Linquist leading an excursion<br />
in Cozumel, while Kilgore<br />
will lead the journey in Jamaica.<br />
Kilgore is the chef behind Miami’s<br />
ultra-hot Alter restaurant, while<br />
Linquist is the brains behind the<br />
Coyo Taco restaurant in Miami’s<br />
Wynwood neighborhood.<br />

said. “I love cooking, teaching and<br />
interacting with passionate food<br />
