About Bernadette: I am a busy working<br />

parent who fully understands the challenges<br />

of balancing my own personal needs with the<br />

demands of work, family, life and everything<br />

else that comes my way!<br />

fulfilling lives by challenging and supporting<br />

What is Coaching?<br />

Coaching is a form of development whereby a<br />

coach supports a client in achieving a specific<br />

personal or professional goal. It is present and<br />

future focused, if differs from mentoring as<br />

it’s about clients finding their own answers as<br />

opposed to advice alone.<br />

How does it work?<br />

In our structured sessions, generally 4-5 works<br />

for most: · Clients identify their key personal<br />

or professional goals.<br />

· Supported to create actions to meet goals<br />

that fit with their own values and lifestyle by<br />

encouraging in a non-judgemental way.<br />

What can I gain from our Coaching sessions?<br />

· A reflective space.<br />

· Clarity on your direction.<br />

· Become ‘unstuck’.<br />

· Tackle that feeling of being overwhelmed.<br />
