YPN’s charity this year was All Chicago, an organization that<br />
houses those in need of permanent shelter. We wanted to<br />
help recently-housed All Chicago families turn their new<br />
houses into homes. We fundraised money to purchase IKEA<br />
furniture for twenty families exiting homelessness, and<br />
assembled it during our Build Out Day in September. We<br />
then delivered it, thanks to the help of New City Moving, to<br />
the families in need.<br />

We kicked off <strong>2017</strong> at the exquisite IO Godfrey Rooftop,<br />
as we celebrated our second National Association of<br />
REALTORS ® ’ Large Network of the Year Award. The party<br />
continued this summer, when our luau-themed cruise took<br />
us on the open waters of Lake Michigan, cruising in style<br />
aboard the Anita Dee II.<br />
We emphasized work-life balance all year <strong>–</strong><strong>–</strong> and we teamed<br />
up with Nike Trainers Nate Forse and Gideon Akande for a<br />
special workout day at Nike Town.<br />
