Stage Challenge <strong>2016</strong><br />
NOR’WEST NEWS<br />
The combined Christchurch Girls’ and Boys’ High School team<br />
placed second on the first night of Stage Challenge, held at<br />
Horncastle Arena on <strong>May</strong> 18 and 19. Papanui High School<br />
placed second on night two, with its performance of Blood<br />
In Our Hands. St Margaret’s College placed third with Blitz<br />
on night two. Seven other north-west schools entered in the<br />
competition won prizes over the two nights.<br />

I SPY: Hillmorton High School’s performance was a clever<br />
reminder that every move made on the internet is being<br />
watched by someone.<br />
CREATIVE: St Bede’s College entered iWall which took home both the Ministry of<br />
Education Award of Excellence for Concept and the Ministry of Youth Development<br />
Award of Excellence for Drama.<br />

GAME OF LIFE: Burnside High School’s first performance was based around<br />
decision-making.
