The pink socks may have helped Waihora when they played against Prebbleton last Saturday.<br />
The Waihora senior men’s team traded their white and black socks for pink and black to honour their mums for<br />
Mother’s Day, encouraging many mothers to watch.<br />
The Waihora under 7s all girl team went along to the game, saluting the senior Waihora players with a guard of<br />
honour with the help of their mothers.<br />
The final score was Waihora 33 Prebbleton 3.<br />
