students celebrated their hard<br />
work with a night of revelry at<br />
The Tannery.<br />
Nearly 500 students graduated<br />
from the university and<br />
dressed up for a 1920s-themed<br />
graduation ball inspired by<br />
The Great Gatsby.<br />
The event organised by the<br />
Lincoln University Students’<br />
Association and 360 Degree<br />
Events featured live entertainment<br />
with performances from<br />
band Shadow Puppet and<br />
1920s dancing girls.<br />
Red carpets, an automatic<br />
Polaroid printing machine,<br />
complementary drinks,<br />
cheesecake, brownies were all<br />
on the agenda for the evening.<br />

Wills said it was one of the<br />
best events the association<br />
had organised.<br />
“It just went so smoothly<br />
and everybody had positive<br />
feedback about it . . . I think<br />
the venue itself helped,” she<br />
