fascia panel typology 최소한의 모듈로 재구성하기 위해 다양한 digital technology가 동원 되었습니다. Gutter의 크기가 결정된후 이를 감싸고 있는 fascia를 design하게 됩니다. 초기의 연속적인 양방향 곡면의 형태를 최종적으로 세가지의 typology group과 이의 variation들로 모든 fascia panel들을 구성하게 됩니다. 면의 뒤틀림이 없는 단순 절곡 panel group, 가장 넓은 면에 대각선 방향으로 한번의 추가적인 절곡이 발생하는 panel group, 옆면에 추가적인 절곡이 발생하는 panel group으로 나뉘게 됩니다.
정형화된 모듈과 비정형의 모듈이 canopy의 지점부를 중심으로 어떻게 위치하는지를 보여주는 이미지 입니다. 정형화된 모듈의 수가 증가 할수록 원래의 design surface로부터 벗어나는 정도가 심해지므로 적절한 개수를 찾아서 합리적인 동시에 cost effective한 정형/비정형 모듈의 수를 판단합니다.
