Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills<br />

to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy<br />

workout that combines the features of tennis with<br />

cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body,<br />

calorie burning aerobic workout. It is a fun group activity<br />

for anyone looking for a fun way to burn calories.<br />

Y member rate: $182<br />

Y non-member rate: $282<br />

This class offers minimum instruction but makes up for it<br />

with plenty of hitting. Work on conditioning, strokes,<br />

footwork, strategy and tactics. Participants should have a<br />

3.0 USTA rating or above. Player is fairly consistent when<br />

hitting medium-paced shots but not comfortable with all<br />

strokes and lacks execution when trying for directional<br />

control, depth or power.<br />
