12 KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: CORPORATE & BUSINESS SOLUTIONS Key Performance Indicators: Corporate & Business Solutions In 2017, Corporate & Business Solutions expanded its services and resources to prepare for future growth in this space. One key development was the addition of Adam Sandahl to drive business, vision and excellence in the Corporate & Business Solutions as well as Multi Life markets. With several Lion Street Owner Firms offering key platforms as resources, other Owners are able to leverage their expertise to offer solutions in executive benefits, DI, administration support and COLI and BOLI. Key highlights from the year include: • Launched a BOLI initiative which focused on identifying key firms to partner with our BOLI experts at IZALE • Launched the Lion Street Administration platform, powered by Pen-Cal, to provide seamless sales, implementation and ongoing administration support for Executive Benefit Programs • Launched a truly innovative, high-limit DI offering for law firms and corporate executives in conjunction with Westport Group • Partnered with Global Atlantic to launch their true COLI index product, Corporate IUL • In partnership with Executive Benefit Solutions (EBS), Lion Street’s proprietary communication and enrollment system, Ovation, has been configured and successfully utilized for After Tax, Disability Income and Deferred Compensation plans. FIRM BUILDING: GROWING EXISTING FIRMS 13 Firm Building: Growing Existing Firms Lion Street believes that strong Owner Firms are a primary contributor to the overall strength and growth of the company. Toward that objective, each Firm has a dedicated Firm Builder who serves as a business consultant to help Owners serve more clients more effectively and efficiently. Each Firm Builder has a keen interest in their Firms’ overall health, acting as a liaison to the multitude of resources and expertise offered through the company and its Owner platforms. Firm Builders have extensive experience in the life insurance industry and utilize that knowledge in guiding Firms through their growth stages.
