22. . Is the Operation date a must to process the cashless process?<br />
Ans: Yes, without the date of surgery we cannot process, as it is a mandate by the Insurer.<br />
23. Can Cashless be done online?<br />
Ans: No. Documents can be shared online, but the pre authorization form and declaration form is<br />
to be signed by the Patient, insured or dependent.<br />
24. Is Lasik laser surgery covered under my policy?<br />
Ans: It depends on policy terms and conditions and is subject to the refractive error of the patient.<br />
Some policies will not cover it as it comes under cosmetic surgery category. However you can<br />
apply for pre authorization to know the status by the insurance company.<br />
25. Is MLC required to claim cashless procedure where RTA cases?<br />
Ans: Yes. It is mandatory for processing cashless.<br />
26. Is Squint correction payable under insurance?<br />
Ans: No. Some cases are payable, subject to policy terms and conditions.<br />
27. Does the patient or employee have to sign on the final bill and discharge summary before<br />

30. Are pre-operative investigation charges covered under cashless?<br />
Ans: No. It should be claimed through reimbursement. You need to pay for pre and post operative<br />
investigations.<br />
