Enbarr Foundation CIC, working in the Community to support future generations It’s been a busy month engaging with customers and employers to support people into work. We supported a successful Careers Fair for Wrexham and Flintshire organised by Careers Wales in Glyndwr University to engage with young people about long-term career choices. Along with attending the ‘Invest in Growth Conference’ for Food & Drink Wales, the day was filled with inspiring companies across Wales sharing ideas on how to reduce the skill shortage and promote the great career opportunities within the industry. We heard from local companies of North Wales about there engagement with schools and colleges including factory tours and on-site workshops.
