Welding Lens Assembly<br />
The welding lens assembly, 525-403,<br />
will fit on all Kirby Morgan helmets and<br />
bandmasks. The port retainers are<br />
supplied with two plug screws which<br />
are designed to protect the two<br />
threaded holes on the port retainer<br />

Manifold Block Assembly<br />
The manifold block assembly, 300-150 with 9/16” O 2 fitting or 300-155 with #6 JIC fitting or<br />
300-145 with standard scuba fitting provides a control point for your bailout supply when using<br />
a light weight full face mask like the EXO mask. It is equipped with an auxiliary valve, four low<br />
pressure outlets and a check valve.<br />
The 18/28 hard shell, 520-026, mounts on the standard spider (head harness).<br />
It provides a flat area at the top for mounting lights or television camera.<br />
EXO Hard Shell<br />
The EXO hard shell, 300-010, mounts easily on all models of the EXO mask. It<br />
provides reinforced areas at the top for mounting lights or small video cameras.<br />
Overpressure Relief Valve<br />
The overpressure relief valve, 200-017 is factory adjusted to<br />
vent any time the pressure in the low pressure hose<br />
connecting the bailout bottle to your emergency valve exceeds<br />
200 psi. It is installed in any of the low pressure ports in the<br />
first stage regulator.<br />

This adapter, KM P/N 555-210, attaches to the L.P. accessories port on the “B” side block. In the<br />
event of an accidental hose break this adapter serves to restrict the flow of gas able to escape from<br />
the port. It should always be used if the hose does not have built in restriction.
