Liebe Geschäftspartner,
das Jahr 2017 steht klar im Zeichen der Weltleitmesse SCHWEISSEN
& SCHNEIDEN in Düsseldorf, die einen hervorragenden Ruf genießt
und internationale Besucher aus der Füge- und Trenntechnologie
anzieht.
Unter dem Motto „more than welding“ stellt ABICOR BINZEL auf
einem einzigartigen Factory-Style-Messestand viele Produktneuheiten
und Technologieinnovationen vor, um seinen Ruf als Innovationsführer
im Bereich Schweißbrenner zu unterstreichen und sich als Systemanbieter
für Fügetechnologie zu empfehlen. Ausgewählte innovative Produktund
Prozesslösungen präsentieren wir auch in dieser Ausgabe des
WELDER’S WORLD Magazines. So zum Beispiel das brandneue
Gasregelsystem EWR 2 sowie das Industrie 4.0 bereite EWR 2 Net,
den im Aufbau befindlichen Produktbereich Hard Automation von
ABICOR BINZEL und Neuerungen aus dem Bereich Schweißchemie.

The year 2017 is definitely influenced by the world's leading trade fair
SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN in Düsseldorf, which enjoys an excellent
reputation and attracts international visitors from the joining and
cutting technology.
Under the motto ”more than welding“ ABICOR BINZEL is introducing
many new products and technological innovations at its unique
factory style booth, in order to highlight its reputation as an innovation
leader in the field of welding torches, and to recommend itself as a
system provider for joining technology. We are presenting innovative
product and process solutions in this edition of the WELDER’S WORLD
magazine as well, for example, the brand-new EWR 2 gas control
system and the EWR 2 Net, which is ready for Industry 4.0, ABICOR
BINZEL's hard automation product range, which is in development, and
innovations from the field of welding chemicals.
In the chapter ”Leading Practice“ you can read how
BROMMA, Malaysia, one of the world's largest manufacturers
of spreaders, became convinced by the
RAB GRIP fume extraction torch system solution with
the FES-200 extraction unit as the new standard for
production. The subject of welder's health and support is
a key area for ABICOR BINZEL. The newly developed
mobile FEC fume extraction system, with its unique
cyclone technology in combination with the RAB GRIP HE
(High Efficiency) high performance fume extraction
torches as a highly efficient combination of effective
health protection with the best possible working conditions,
will be presented in the magazine and on the
booth.
In addition, you can also enter the world of Anker Schroeder's anchoring
technology and read how it became possible to solve a special requirement
for joining components that have to absorb extreme forces using
the modular ABIMIG ® W T torch series. You can also experience the
potential that FÖRSTER welding systems, a systems house and supplier
of complete solutions for automated joining, sees for the robot power
source iROB. In the ”Company“ section we inform you about the
1 st TECH Meeting in the Asia and Africa region.
The welding market is on the move, accelerated by digitalisation and
also by Industry 4.0. In future, complete communication will be aligned
even more to users of ABICOR BINZEL products and their requirements.
