Das gesammelte Wissen kann nun für die Arbeit des ITCs<br />
genutzt werden. Im Idealfall wird die Anwendung im Betrieb<br />
und die Ergebnisse der Qualitätssicherung wiederum<br />
mit der Datenbank vernetzt und Veränderungen dokumentiert<br />
und eingespeist. So kann beispielsweise bei der<br />
wirtschaftlichen Optimierung eines Schweißprozesses herauskommen,<br />
dass mit weniger Schweißzusatzstoff gearbeitet<br />
werden kann. Bestätigt die Qualitätssicherung dies,<br />
wird die Information in der Datenbank hinterlegt und ist<br />
bei der Planung des nächsten Projektes bereits verfügbar.<br />
Die Datenbank soll aber nicht nur für das ITC am Standort<br />
Buseck nutzbar sein, sondern in weiteren Schritten<br />
auch allen internationalen<br />
Mitarbeitern von ABICOR<br />
BINZEL zugänglich sein.<br />
Diese können die Informationen<br />
nutzen, um<br />
die eigene Beratungsleistung<br />
zu optimieren<br />
und ihre Kunden besser<br />
zu betreuen. Darüber<br />
hinaus können die Informationen<br />
Kunden bei<br />
bestimmten Fragestellungen<br />
als Dienstleistung<br />
zur Verfügung gestellt<br />
werden. International sind bereits weitere ITCs in den<br />
wichtigsten Märkten im Aufbau oder bereits in Betrieb<br />
wie z. B. in China und Japan.<br />
Komplette Schweißlösungen für Klein- und<br />
Mittelständische Unternehmen.<br />
Das ITC beschäftigt sich auch mit der technologischen<br />
Erschließung neuer Märkte. So stehen beispielsweise<br />
Klein- und Mittelständische Unternehmen (KMU), die in<br />
der Produktion schweißen, immer häufiger vor einem<br />
großen Problem: Einerseits erfordern Kundenvorgaben<br />
und Kostendruck den Einsatz eines hochpräzisen und<br />
hocheffizient arbeitenden Schweißroboters, andererseits<br />
hat das Unternehmen weder den Platz, noch die<br />
finanziellen Ressourcen für eine große Roboter-Schweißanlage.<br />
Überdies fehlt das Know-how, um diese zu programmieren.<br />
Für genau diese Fälle wird das ITC an Lösungen arbeiten,<br />
die ABICOR BINZEL völlig neue Märkte eröffnet.<br />
Denkbar ist beispielsweise eine kompakte und universell<br />
einsetzbare Roboter-Schweißstation mit allen benötigten<br />
Sensoren sowie einer einfachen digitalen Einbindung<br />
der Parameter aus oben genannter Datensammlung. Der<br />
Kunde erhält in Verbindung mit Systempartnern eine produktionsfertige<br />
Komplettlösung aus einer Hand, ohne<br />
einen Programmierer einstellen zu müssen oder Robotics-<br />
Kenntnisse zu benötigen. Damit wird ABICOR BINZEL<br />
Expert database as a service.<br />
Another field of work for the ITC is preparing a comprehensive<br />
welding database. This is intended to systematically<br />
bundle the enormous knowledge in the company<br />
with regard to materials, parameters and processes and<br />
to extend it with additional information that is created<br />
through new projects, for example the excavator shovel.<br />
In addition, data on new materials is integrated on an<br />
ongoing basis.<br />
The accumulated knowledge can now be used for the<br />
ITC's work. In the ideal case, the application will be networks<br />
in operations and the results of quality insurance<br />
will be networked with the database, and changes documented<br />
and fed in. For example, it may be found in the<br />
economic optimisation of a welding process that work<br />
can be done with less welding additive. If quality assurance<br />
confirms this, the information is filed in the database<br />
and is then already available when the next project<br />
is planned.<br />
However, the database is not only intended for use with<br />
the ITC at the Buseck location, but in further steps will<br />
be available to all international employees of ABICOR<br />
BINZEL. They can use the information in order to<br />
optimise their own advisory work and to provide better<br />
service for their customers. In addition, the information<br />
can be made available to customers as a service for a<br />
specific problem. Additional ITCs are already being developed<br />
internationally or in the most important markets<br />
already in operation, e.g. in China and Japan.<br />
Complete welding solutions for small and<br />
medium-sized companies.<br />
The ITC is also occupied with the technological development<br />
of new markets. For example, small and mediumsized<br />
companies (SMEs) who weld during production<br />
are frequently faced with a big problem: on the one<br />
hand, customer specifications and price pressure demand<br />
the use of a highly precise and highly efficient<br />
welding robot, on the other hand the companies currently<br />
have neither the space nor the financial resources<br />
for a large robot welding system. Apart from this, the expertise<br />
for programming this system does not exist either.<br />
The ITC will be working on solutions for exactly these<br />
cases, which will open up completely new markets for<br />
ABICOR BINZEL. For example, a compact and universally<br />
usable robot welding station is conceivable with all<br />
the necessary sensors and simple digital integration of<br />
parameters from the above-mentioned data collection. In<br />
connection with system partners, the customer receives a<br />
complete solution ready for production from a single<br />
source, without having to employ a programmer or<br />
requiring knowledge of robotics. With this, ABICOR<br />
