Policy SD2 - Retail and City / Town Centres<br />
iii. Secondary frontages;<br />
Within the secondary shopping frontage identified, the change of use of premises from A1 retail<br />
use to use classes A2 (financial institutions), A3 (restaurants and cafes), A4 (pubs), A5 (hot food<br />
takeaway), D1 (non-residential institutions) and D2 (assembly and leisure) will be permitted<br />
provided that it would not have a significant adverse impact on the amenity of adjacent residents<br />
or businesses.<br />
