Guidelines for the event owner<br />

SIGNAGE & BANNERS<br />

1. All designs or requests for the informational Digital Signage should be forwarded to <strong>CAMC</strong> Manager in advance for approval.<br />

Signage is permitted in the rented area only. Clings are prohibited inside elevators. A limited number of <strong>CAMC</strong> easels may be available<br />

to your event for use.<br />

2. The placement of signs, placards, banners, announcements or distribution of any periodicals should be mentioned during the meeting<br />

with <strong>CAMC</strong> Manager.<br />

3. Signs may not be taped, velcroed or pinned to any wall or podium surface. Please contact <strong>CAMC</strong> Manager for more information.<br />

4. All banners and signs that are flown or hung overhead in a common area of <strong>CAMC</strong> need to be made of vinyl or cloth fabric. Hard material<br />

of any kind cannot be suspended overhead in any public area of the building. This applies to the surface material, top or bottom battens<br />

or rods, or any stiffening device.<br />

5. <strong>CAMC</strong> will make every effort to place and position banners and signs as designated by the event owner. Safety is a dominating concern<br />

for anything that is suspended overhead. <strong>CAMC</strong> Manager is responsible for the final approval of banner construction, configuration and<br />

placement.<br />

6. Please submit JPEG or MP4 file of 1920 pixels X 1080 pixels resolution for display on <strong>CAMC</strong> digital signage system at 16:9 aspect ratio.<br />

7. Event owner is responsible for the hanging of signages (where permitted)<br />

SECURITY<br />

As <strong>CAMC</strong> is under the school safety policy, security team will be present 24 hours a day at all entrances. It is compulsory for event<br />

staff to get the visitor card before getting inside <strong>CAMC</strong> for work.<br />

CLEANING SERVICES<br />

Event areas must be cleaned and restored by event owner (load-out), clearing all back-stage areas, and removing non-district<br />

equipment to the approval of the <strong>CAMC</strong> Manager at the close of your event. Public areas housekeeping service is already included in the<br />

package fee.<br />
