5. Lie on your right side, lean head on bent hand in elbow<br />
Keep your back straight, stretch your right leg, bend your left<br />
leg in your knee, and your left arm around your ankle.<br />
Inhale, and on exhale raise your right leg, squeezing your<br />
buttocks. Hold your foot in this position, counting to five.<br />
Repeat 10 times with each foot.<br />

6. Lie down on your stomach, let down your head on hands.<br />
Legs are straight, socks are elongated. Inhale and on<br />
exhalation raise your left leg, while the stomach is pressed<br />
to the floor. Repeat with each leg 10 times.<br />
