Data Collection Flow of Existing Data<br />
1. Stakeholders of Energy Data<br />
Since energy data are maintained by public facilities and private companies, it is<br />
necessary to set up an energy data collection system. The scatter situation of<br />
existing energy data is as follows:<br />

2. Energy Data Collection Flow<br />
Each facility shall be equipped with a Windows PC and an Internet connection. It is<br />
recommended that the computer centre be installed in the General Department of<br />
Energy (GDE) office.<br />
Energy data via the Internet from each facility will be sent to the management<br />
system after changing to the required format.<br />
The data stream can be classified into five significant flows. The main<br />
information flow of energy data is shown below:
