After you’ve won a match, don’t let<br />

your feet carry around the weight of<br />

your shoe and wet sweaty socks until<br />

the time of your next match.<br />

Take your sneakers and your socks off,<br />

and let your feet breathe and relax in<br />

an open toe sandals, until it’s time for<br />

you to get back on the court. This also<br />

conserves your energy level.<br />

Sometimes you may have to wait for<br />

an hour and a half and sometimes<br />

even more depending on a rain delay.<br />

Do what’s best for your feet, show<br />

them some love... they carry your<br />

bodyweight around.<br />
