iNPR Intelligent Parking Enforcement Intelligent Number Plate Recognition is as high-tech as it is customer friendly. iNPR Site Reporting Example Intelligent Number Plate Recognition reporting functionality can be tailored to your specific site requirements. It can intelligently issue PCN’s for approved agreed parking infringements and can report on instances that may want to be reviewed in more detail by site owners. Below is a report that highlights vehicles who do not purchase any fuel or visit the store, and logs how long they remain on site. In the below example, there is a 20 minute discretionary grace period, whilst being on site. Vehicles logged in lines 1,2,3 and 6, parked within the published time limits and purchased fuel or visited the store, therefore are logged as ‘genuine customers’. On lines 4 and 7, vehicles have been highlighted whose occupants did not make any purchase and walked off site, returning more than 20 minutes later. These vehicles are not using the site’s parking facilities correctly and would be issued with a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). On line 5, the driver used the store and also walked off site, parking their vehicle for longer than the 20 minute grace period. This vehicle was not issued a PCN automatically, and has been referred to the site owner, as per their request.
