iNPR Multi Site Reporting Example
Intelligent Number Plate Recognition can be tailored to report on sites with
multiple businesses, taking into account any agreements between buildings.
The report example below is for multi use sites. iNPR can maintain pre existing or new parking arrangements
between businesses, allowing parking by visitors or neighbouring businesses. iNPR’s data reporting can be
as provided in an excel format and can show images and video footage of each vehicle.

The example above is a report prepared for a business in an office park. Unit 210 has an agreement with
unit 220 to allow vehicles to park there up to 10 times a month. Therefore, line 1 is an ‘approved user’.
Line 2 shows a vehicle that has parked in 210 but visited 220 more than 10 times, in this instance Unit
210 facility managers will be notified and asked how they would like to proceed.
Lines 3 and 4 are visitors who parked in 210 and visited 210 and are
authorise users, whereas lines 5, 7 and 8 have parked in Unit 210’s
spaces, without any agreement in place. In this scenario, the vehicles
can either automatically be issued a PCN or this information can be
passed onto management to decided how they’d like to proceed.

and can be accessed on the go.
You can manage your own enforcement easily by selecting
a line and then confirming your chosen request via a dialogue
box that would follow.
