Extensive Knowledge:<br />
iBot has the ability to learn and store extensive<br />
amounts of data, facts and information. By exposing the<br />
chatbot to documents, videos, articles, books, websites<br />
and more, it can retain this information for the use of<br />
education and entertainment of visitors.The iBot aims<br />
to connect the visitors to the objects within the Cultural<br />
Archive, through the in-depth information it can provide<br />
on the artists, creators, inventors and the collection. The<br />
visitors will feel as if they are talking to these historical<br />
figures as the iBot can provide information by text or<br />
audio, that is far beyond what could be displayed on<br />
label descriptions or in a brochure. The iBot could share<br />
the inspiration behind an artists painting, the specific<br />
materials that were used to create a magnificent<br />
sculpture or the original location of an ancient artefact.<br />
This will create an emotional connection between the<br />
visitor and the collection.<br />
