Travel insurance is a vital aspect to booking a holiday, giving you protection against unforeseen circumstances. It is important that you purchase
travel insurance that properly covers your participation in whatever activities you may undertake at the time that you make your booking. We have
arranged a special insurance scheme with travel insurance specialists P J Hayman & Company Limited to cover clients booking through us. The
policy is underwritten by URV, Branch Office of Union Reiseversicherung AG for the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Pre existing medical conditions
Your policy may not provide cover for
re-occurring or pre-existing medical
conditions. If you have ever had a heart
related problem, circulatory condition, a
stroke, cancer, any breathing problems,
diabetes or had any other medical condition
which has been treated in hospital or has
been referred to a specialist in the last 2 years,
you should phone Travel Administration

The policy document
This will be sent to you with your booking
confirmation.
Cancellation rights
When you receive your policy, please take
the time to read it carefully to ensure you
understand what is and what is not covered.
If it does not meet your requirements, please
return the policy, proof of premium and any
other relevant documents to us within 14 days
of receipt and we will refund the premium in
full, provided you have not travelled or made
a claim.
