“We’re hoping to be open (in
our expanded space) before

Wednesday, 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
Thursday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-
6 p.m. Sunday.

“We’re trying to think about
how to engage customers and
create community around fly
fishing,” Merwin said. “The
education part is huge for us,
and we like to drink beer.”

“On a 3.5-barrel brew house,
a small system, it helps us to
rotate varieties quite a bit,” said
Aaron Johnson, a co-owner who
handles sales and distribution.
“Changing it up and keeping it
fresh is our specialty.”
Wet Coast sources its hops
from the Yakima Valley and
many of its malts are locally
sourced. Tasting room hours are
noon- p.m. Tuesday-Friday and
11 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
