Kai Vöckler is an urbanist <strong>and</strong> publicist <strong>in</strong> Offenbach, Germany.<br />

He is a founder member of Archis Interventions <strong>and</strong><br />

program director South Eastern Europe (SEE) Network. He<br />

has worked on urban development projects <strong>in</strong> southeastern<br />

Europe <strong>and</strong> urban research projects <strong>in</strong> Europe <strong>and</strong> Asia.<br />

He is currently an endowed professor of Creativity <strong>in</strong> <strong>Urban</strong><br />

Contexts at the Offenbach University of Art <strong>and</strong> Design,<br />

Germany. He is also spokesman for the LOEWE research<br />

cluster Infrastructure—Design—Society.<br />

2015 with the aim to explore the topic of open<strong>in</strong>g up<br />

Dorothee Halbrock, cultural organizer <strong>and</strong> curator,<br />

<strong>in</strong>itiated the collaborative development of Hallo Festspiele<br />

<strong>in</strong> Hamburg <strong>in</strong> 2014 <strong>and</strong> is work<strong>in</strong>g on the program <strong>and</strong><br />

strategy of the association’s projects. She was found<strong>in</strong>g<br />

member <strong>and</strong> former curator of the MS Dockville<br />

Kunstcamp <strong>and</strong> Festival <strong>and</strong> will program the raumlabor<br />

project Float<strong>in</strong>g University Berl<strong>in</strong> alongside Benjam<strong>in</strong><br />

Foerster-Baldenius.<br />

Julia Jost is a dramaturge <strong>and</strong> director. After study<strong>in</strong>g<br />

philosophy <strong>and</strong> gett<strong>in</strong>g a degree <strong>in</strong> theatre direct<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> the<br />

class of Luk Perceval, she studied sculpture under Monica<br />

Bonvic<strong>in</strong>i. In 2013 she began to work as a director's<br />

assistant at the Thalia Theatre <strong>in</strong> Hamburg. S<strong>in</strong>ce 2017<br />

Julia Jost has worked at various theaters <strong>and</strong> off-spaces.<br />

For Viele Grüße von e.V. she develops different formats<br />

that comb<strong>in</strong>e discourse <strong>and</strong> performance.<br />

Julia Lerch-Zajączkowska, an urban designer, is currently<br />

work<strong>in</strong>g with<strong>in</strong> a research <strong>and</strong> exhibition project at<br />

Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg. She was<br />

teach<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> several formats at HafenCity University (<strong>Urban</strong><br />

Design <strong>and</strong> <strong>Metropolitan</strong> Culture) <strong>and</strong> co-designed,<br />

curated, <strong>and</strong> programmed various projects. As a member<br />

of Hallo Festspiele <strong>and</strong> its partner project Schaltzentrale<br />

she focuses on collaboration <strong>and</strong> <strong>in</strong>ternational exchange.<br />

T<strong>in</strong>a Steiger received her degree <strong>in</strong> political science from<br />

the University of Florida <strong>and</strong> her master’s <strong>in</strong> urban studies<br />

with<strong>in</strong> the UNICA 4Cities Program. She has been an<br />

external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen <strong>and</strong><br />

<strong>in</strong>volved with the Hallo Festspiele <strong>in</strong> Hamburg s<strong>in</strong>ce 2016.<br />

Currently based <strong>in</strong> Copenhagen, she works for Leadership<br />

Giv<strong>in</strong>g of the UN Refugee Agency.<br />

Yvonne Werner is an urban planner <strong>and</strong> has worked at the HCU<br />

Hamburg at the department of urban development <strong>and</strong><br />

district plann<strong>in</strong>g as a graduate assistant <strong>and</strong> taught <strong>in</strong><br />

various projects. In her work she is concerned with<br />

practices of <strong>in</strong>novative plann<strong>in</strong>g offices <strong>in</strong> the context of<br />

Mart<strong>in</strong> Wickel is professor of law <strong>and</strong> adm<strong>in</strong>istration at the<br />

HCU Hamburg, where he has worked s<strong>in</strong>ce the university’s<br />

found<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> 2006. He specializes <strong>in</strong> plann<strong>in</strong>g, build<strong>in</strong>g,<br />

Kathr<strong>in</strong> Wildner is an urban anthropologist <strong>and</strong> did ethnographic<br />

fieldwork <strong>in</strong> <strong>New</strong> York City, Mexico City, Istanbul,<br />

Bogotá, <strong>and</strong> other urban agglomerations. As an urban<br />

researcher she teaches, publishes, <strong>and</strong> participates <strong>in</strong><br />

transdiscipl<strong>in</strong>ary projects <strong>and</strong> <strong>in</strong>ternational exhibitions.<br />

She is a found<strong>in</strong>g member of metroZones (www.<br />

metrozones.<strong>in</strong>fo) <strong>and</strong> was visit<strong>in</strong>g professor at the KHB<br />

Weißensee (2013<strong>–</strong>2015). S<strong>in</strong>ce 2012 she has been professor<br />

Filipa Matos Wunderlich holds a PhD <strong>in</strong> plann<strong>in</strong>g studies <strong>and</strong> is<br />

a lecturer <strong>in</strong> urban design <strong>and</strong> the director of the Master of<br />

<strong>Research</strong> <strong>in</strong> Interdiscipl<strong>in</strong>ary <strong>Urban</strong> Design at the Bartlett<br />

School, UCL. Filipa has an <strong>in</strong>terdiscipl<strong>in</strong>ary background<br />

as an architect, urban designer, <strong>and</strong> musician. Before<br />

engag<strong>in</strong>g with academia she worked as an architect <strong>and</strong><br />

urban designer at KCAP <strong>in</strong> the Netherl<strong>and</strong>s. Key research<br />

<strong>in</strong>terests are temporality <strong>in</strong> urban places, urban rhythms<br />

<strong>and</strong> rhythmanalysis, sensory urbanism, <strong>and</strong> the design<br />

<strong>and</strong> use of alternative urban typologies.<br />
