At Jamba, it was really important<br />
that we participate in the Women in<br />
the Workplace Study. If we’re going to<br />
be on this journey together and we’re<br />
going to lead as an industry, and as<br />
an industry we’re going to lead other<br />
industries, it’s important for all of<br />
us that we continue to learn how to<br />
be better every day. Gender equity<br />
is just a common-sense approach to<br />

The overall 2017 Women in the Workplace Study<br />
draws on data from 222 companies employing<br />
more than 12 million people, as well as a survey<br />
of more than 70,000 employees and a series of<br />
qualitative interviews.
