A – Godfrey Athletic Center New Cadet drop-off. Luggage Drop – Luggage will be dropped off and tagged. Luggage will be moved by carts once cadets have received their troop and room assignments. Registrar – New Cadet will check in at one of the two Registrar stations. New Cadet will proceed to next station indicated on Matriculation Sheet. B - Godfrey Athletic Center Cadet will go up to counter to receive room assignment and turn in Commandant’s forms (manila forms). C -VMV Financial Aid provides scholarship and/or loan information to all cadets as well as Federal financial aid information for interested college cadets and/or their parents. Missing documentation and signatures will be collected; forms, materials and instructions will be available; and review of cadet financial aid information may be requested. The Business Office Station’s purpose is to collect the required matriculation payments, obtain financial documents and answer any financial questions from cadets/parents. Cadets/parents will be expected to pay any required matriculation payments, provide or complete a Business Office Policy form and provide proof of medical insurance if it is not already on file. Infirmary ensures all medical information is received. The Chaplain and Counselor will also be on hand to answer any questions. E – Toles Learning Center College cadets and Air Force Prep cadets may meet with their advisors on the main floor of the Library. All other Academy Prep cadets may meet their advisor in the Academy Prep and Military Career Center on the second floor of Lusk Hall. High school cadets may meet with their advisors in the Student Assistance Center or Mabee Lecture Hall. F – Saunders Barracks New Cadets will receive Blue Books and Honor Manuals. G – Chapel The Commandant of Cadets and the Dean will provide a briefing on Cadet Life to parents/guardians. C -VMV Ayuda Financiera (Financial Aid) otorga becas y/o información sobre préstamos a todos los cadetes al igual que información de Ayuda Federal Financiera para cadetes de universidad interesados. Documentos faltantes, firmas, formas, materiales e instrucciones estarán disponibles. El propósito de Oficina Central de negocios es de recaudar el pago necesario de la inscripción, obtener documentos financieros y contestar algunas preguntas financieras de cadetes/padres. Esperamos que los cadetes/padres paguen cualquier requerimiento de inscripción de pagos necesarios, proporcionar o completar una forma de la póliza de Oficina de Negocios y proporcionar alguna prueba de seguro médico si todavía no esta en los archivos. La enfermería asegura que toda la información médica sea entregada. La capilla y el consejero estarán ahí para contestar cualquier pregunta. E – Toles Learning Center (Biblioteca) Cadetes en Preparatoria se presentaran con su consejero en el “Student Assistance Center or Mabee Lecture Hall” (Salón ubicado a la izquierda en la biblioteca). Estudiantes de Universidad, y cadetes que están en la academia de la Fuerza Aérea se presentaran con su consejero académico en la planta baja de la librería. Todos los demás cadetes en academias militares se presentaran en el segundo piso de Lusk Hall. F - (Cuartel de Saunders( La “L”)) “New Cadets" recibirán su libro con las normas del instituto (Blue Book) y manual de honor (Honor Manual). G – Chapel (Capilla)El Comandante, proveerá información sobre la vida diaria de un cadete.
