The Rolling Hills Chorus<br />
based in Clermiston, is the foremost<br />
male voice a'cappella chorus in Scotland.<br />
Our members all come from<br />
within and around the Edinburgh<br />
area. We are looking to expand the<br />
chorus from the current 40 plus<br />
members to nearer 100.<br />

News from Merchiston Community Council<br />
MCC does not hold public meetings in the summer months but we are still contactable by any local<br />
resident who has concerns about a planning or licensing application, parks or green spaces, antisocial<br />
behaviour, parking, traffic regulation, recycling or any local service provided by the City of<br />
Edinburgh Council. Along with other community groups we had a stall at the recent Meadows<br />
Festival where we enjoyed meeting and talking with a large number of people living and working in<br />
our area. Over the summer we will be keeping an eye on the various events taking place on the<br />
Meadows, especially during August when The Underbelly Circus Hub comes to town. Do get in touch<br />
if there is anything you think we should know about.<br />
Our next meeting will be at 7pm on Tuesday 18th September in the Merchiston & Polwarth Tennis &<br />
Bowling Club, Polwarth Terrace.<br />
