LICENSED SALES CONSULTANT REAA 2008
Ok we know you’ve heard it all before - surprise package, bonus features...
yeah, yeah! But this little unit has some quite unique extras that you’ll want
to take a look at. Nicely located in St Albans, this ground floor unit has a
generous, fully fenced garden. Sunny and sheltered this outdoor space gives
the unit the feel of a much larger townhouse. Added to this the tandem
garage has internal access, both the size and convenience of access being
features you might expect at a much higher end of the property market.
Living, and dining are spacious and open plan and the kitchen adjoins these
areas with a breakfast bar between. The two double bedrooms are well
separated from the communal areas and the bathroom incorporates space
for laundry facilities. A heat pump in the living area ensures economical
year round comfort. The interior is livable but certainly not glamorous. Rent
it out as it is, or re-carpet for an easy overnight transformation. Perfect for
first home buyers or investors, the extras on offer here are definitely better
than a set of steak knives!
