Cornwall – Mistletoe & Wine
These pre Christmas breaks are a great, fun way to enjoy the
run up to Christmas with cuisine and entertainment in hotels
decorated for the festive period.
Join us on this Mistletoe & Wine package to the excellent quality
3* Rosemundy Hotel, tucked away in the Cornish village of St Agnes –
one of our highest rated hotel. For the more adventurous, there are
plenty of walking paths in the area with the sea not too far away.
But the hotel also has cosy lounges where you can relax and enjoy
your surroundings. This package includes entertainment and festive
food with the region offering plenty of excellent excursion destinations
to enjoy. Come away for a lovely relaxing break.

Itinerary
DAY 1: After being collected from
your local pick up point (approx.
8.00am) we have refreshment stops
as required before arriving in St Agnes
late afternoon. Tonight there is a
Sherry Reception in the bar before
dinner.
DAY 2: Today we will have an
excursion to Truro. The Capital of
Cornwall, it is a lovely town to stroll
around with an impressive cathedral.
Evening dinner followed by a talk by
a local historian.
DAY 3: After breakfast we head off to
visit the lovely fishing port of Padstow.
It’s a great place to visit with some
interesting shops and plenty of places
to choose from for lunch. Rick Stein’s
restaurant is on the front plus he has a
café in the town. Returning to the hotel
to meet Santa in the evening (hooray!)
followed by Christmas dinner and live
entertainment.
DAY 4: We shall have a lovely drive
out through the countryside to St Ives,
one of the most beautiful seaside
towns in the country. Renowned as a
centre for art there are plenty of
galleries in the town plus the
renowned Tate St Ives Museum is
certainly worth a look.
In the evening there will be a
festive quiz after dinner.
DAY 5: Sadly, we head home this
morning, with stops as required
before returning to the local area
around 5.00/6.00pm.
Rosemundy Hotel HHH
This family run hotel is set in four
acres of gardens in the centre of
the unspoilt village of St Agnes in
Cornwall and has become one of
the favourites for many of our
customers, particularly for its
personable and friendly staff.
The hotel offers a chance to relax
and recharge with a peaceful
atmosphere and comfortable
lounges to enjoy a cup of tea in.
You can also enjoy a drink in Tom
Noggi’s Bar before dinner which is
served in the elegant restaurant.
There is a choice of menu with the
accent on local fresh ingredients.
All the hotel bedrooms are
comfortably furnished with en-suite
private bathrooms, colour TV,
hairdryer and tea/coffee making
facilities. No lift but ground floor
rooms available – remainder on
1st floor.

Turkey & Tinsel breaks are a great, fun way to enjoy the run

Exmouth is one of England’s oldest seaside resorts and still retains a
friendly charm. The stunning Estuary always provides an interesting
view and there are 2 miles of sandy beach and a lovely level
promenade with seafront gardens and seating. The town centre is
dotted with gardens and there is excellent shopping with a selection
of cafes and bars. We are delighted to be staying, once again, at
The Manor Hotel. This Georgian building is ideally located, just a
short stroll from the seafront, gardens or shops. The friendly hotel team
Itinerary
DAY 1: Collected from your local pick
up point around 9.00am, we have a
stop for lunch before arriving at the
hotel mid-afternoon where a Mince
Pie and welcoming cup of tea await
you. In the evening there is a Sherry
Reception, followed by dinner and
live entertainment.
DAY 2: Enjoy breakfast before we
have a half day excursion to Sidmouth.
Enjoy a leisurely walk around the town
with lovely sea views along the
Esplanade. It’s a great destination
to spend a few hours with plenty of
interesting shops and plenty of choice
for a drink and bite to eat. Returning
mid-afternoon with a full Christmas
Dinner this evening and a visit from
Santa followed by live entertainment.
DAY 3: Mid morning we depart for
Exeter. Much to see in this historic city
which has some lovely historic buildings
around the impressive cathedral
The Manor Hotel
The Manor Hotel is superbly located
in the town allowing easy access to
the seafront and shops with
stunning sea views. The friendly
hotel managers and staff ensure
that we shall have an enjoyable
stay and will help with any questions
you may have about the town.
There is a comfortable lounge and
cosy bar area where you can enjoy
a drink before your evening meal
with choice of menu. Full English
Breakfast. All bedrooms are
comfortable with en-suite bathroom
with bath/shower, hairdryer, colour
TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
Passenger lift. There is an incline to
the hotel.
SEA VIEW ROOMS –
£15 PER PERSON
coupled with excellent shopping in the new Princesshay shopping centre.
Returning to the hotel for dinner followed by live entertainment and a New
Years Toast.
DAY 4: We head home after breakfast with an early lunch stop in Bridport
before arriving back in the local area around 2.00/3.00pm.
