Resident Game Possession Tag
No person shall give, put or leave resident game animals or birds at any
place or with another person unless the resident game animals or birds, or
parts of the resident game animals or birds, are tagged by the hunter with
the following information:

Tags shall be attached, secured or enclosed with the part or parts. Failure
to comply with tagging regulations may result in citations issued. Consult
the Hunting Regulations Pamphlet (R.S. 56:124-125).

No person shall give, put or leave migratory birds at any place or with
another person unless the birds are tagged by the hunter with the following
information:
