One plan covers the obligatory benefits according to the Swiss pension fund law, while the second plan covers all the non-obligatory benefits. Both plans are defined contribution plans. As in the previous year, the group had no further obligations towards these pension plans and there were no reserves from employer’s contributions. The group’s employees are insured at a collective foundation for pension services in the scope of an affiliation agreement. The contracts cover all retirement, invalidity and death benefits. The unaudited coverage ratio of the pension fund for year 2010 is 101.9% (audited ratio for year 2009: 100.7%)
