10 BY GULDSMEDEN HOTELS Bar’bette Guldsmeden Hotels Purchasing Policy Our in-house restaurant is a testament to our deep and abiding love for food. We’re always hungry! At the same time, we won´t sink our teeth into just anything – it has to be sustainably sourced (of course), it has to be healthy and it has to be mouth-watering good. We all have our favourites and opinions, and none of us want to keep quiet about them – the diversity of the menu reflects all of us, and we´re sure that you can enjoy the perfect meal regardless of your personal taste and preference, be it a steak frites, a grilled chévre panini, a veggie soup or one of the many other succulent options. Check out the menu in the restaurant. See you there! RYE BREAD MUESLI Do what we do! Use yesterdays´s stale bread to make the most delicious muesli: OSLO Resturant The hotel restaurant serves relaxed all organic bistro-cuisine dishes and snacks with a focus on local produce and great taste. It is possible to reserve a cozy & enclosed corner of the room for private meetings or dinners. INGREDIENTS • 2 loaves of yesterday´s brown bread • 200 gr. of cane sugar • 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup • 2 teaspoons olive oil • 600 gr. mixed nuts • 100 gr. acacia honey • juice of 1 lemon HOW-TO? Dice the bread in small pieces, and sprinkle with sugar, 1 teaspoon olive oil and vanilla syrup. Bake it at 140 degrees, 3 x 15 minutes, mixing it with a spoon every 15 minutes until it´s very crunchy. Let cool. Mix the nuts with the acacia honey, 1 teaspoon olive oil and lemon juice. Bake it at 140 degrees, 3 x 15 minutes, mixing it with a spoon every 15 minutes. Let cool. When both the bread and the nuts have cooled completely, mix them together and bake for 25 minutes at 140 degrees. Lulu has a medium-sized fully equipped conference room for up to 20 persons, is furnished in the laid-back, classic Guldsmeden style, and designed to make you feel inspired and creative throughout the day. Of course supplemented with all the best, healthiest and most energizing food and drink we have to offer! OSLO AX EL The hotel restaurant will spoil you with lovingly prepared food. Globally inspired, sustainable & healthy, always with an element of surprise. It is possible to reserve a cosy & enclosed corner of the room for private meetings or dinners. there is a whitescreen & projector , the room can accomedate up to 14 persons. We love to spoil you and make sure you fall in love with Oslo. We have 3 lovely and secluded rooms here at Axel, in varying sizes and fully equipped, of course. A meeting can be combined with our spa facilities, which include a steam room, sauna and hot tub - all featuring our signature organic spa, bath & beauty products. Carlt on Cabana @Babette 2 lovely rooms, one facing the lush courtyard, the other opening onto the gorgeous Orangerie, a garden at any time of the year. Our rooms at Babette can accommodate 10 or 20 persons, and have all the usual necessary equipment, of course. Bertrams Conference At Bertrams, we have a lovely private meeting room, suitable for smaller gatherings of up to 6 people. The room opens out to the garden, and is adjacent to the open kitchen and café, giving us the opportunity to provide you with fresh air and great food & drink on tap throughout the day. If you´re looking for an unusual and inspiring venue for a private lunch, small meeting or creative get-together, you should go and take a look at this lush and leafy glass cabana at the 66 Guldsmeden. Placed in the quiet courtyard, you´re close enough to let us spoil you with the best sustainably-sourced food & drink – ask us, if you would like to hear more about the possibilities!
