Our garden at Bertrams
is one of our favourite
places in the world –
any time of the year, it
is an unexpected oasis
in a busy urban area.
We have lots of warm

Manon les Suites is
home to Junglefish, our
Balinese pool concept
translated to a
Northern climate.

frames the inner atrium,
with a swimming pool at
its heart. Recharge with

Axel Courtyard
Year round, we love our
garden at Axel – it´s a
special room all in itself.
Secluded and lush with
green plants and flowers,
the garden has lots
of lounge sofa areas, lanterns,
cushions and soft
fleecy blankets if it´s
chilly.
The parasols will shield
you from rain, and we
allow ourselves a little
outdoor heating, when
it gets really cold. So
there´s always an opportunity
for a breath of
fresh air, and feel your
pulse slow down and
your spirits lift up..
I cook
with
wine.
Sometimes
I even add
it to the
food.
COLA
Not Coca - but still
Cola! We love our
funny organic cola at
Guldsmeden - it´s unusual
and delicious, and
you can actually taste
the Kola Nut. Ask for it
at the bar, maybe with a
little rhum & lime!
Our outdoor spots at Babette are cosy and relaxing,
or buzzy and busy, depending on where you
choose to settle down for your meal, coffee, wine,
cocktail or just a breath of fresh air.
The courtyard is sheltered and warm, with
lazy-loungy furniture and soft rugs for the chilly
days. Our pride & joy, the Orangerie, has been established
in the former carriageway, and is a leafy,
fragrant Mediterranean corner to enjoy.
The café tables lining the front of the house face
the lovely park and beautiful neighbouring buildings,
and this busy intersection is always full of
life and things to look at.
