Setting a high bar, and subjecting ourselves to scutiny that leaves no stone unturned, means that we are now at liberty to focus on our good atmosphere and hostmanship, and not worry about whether our efforts have been thorough enough. EY JA One of the younger members of our Guldsmeden family lives in Reykjavik, and her name is Eyja Guldsmeden. This lovely hotel is a modern former office building, and therefore quite different from most of our other buildings, which are typically turn-of-thecentury European, and we were very excited to see how our messy bohemian style and unstructured maximalism would translate into a modern, more gritty environment – and we´re happy to say that the operation was a success! Eyja couldn´t have turned out better – the classic Guldsmeden design touches thrive with a more modern approach, and Eyja is a lovely example of the natural progression of the Guldsmeden Hotels style that happens with each new house! The hotel is located in the centre of Reykjavik, in the up-and-coming neighbourhood around shopping street Laugavegur, with a view of the Esja mountain. 66 Guldsmeden (formerly Carlton) opened in 2002 as the first of the Guldsmeden Hotels in Copenhagen, cementing our position as pioneers of the new Vesterbro! We´ve been through a number of renovations and expansions along the way, and the house now has a total of 74 lovely rooms, with the Carlton Cantina café at its very heart. With Vesterbro´s gritty glamour and love of life just outside the door, 66 Guldsmeden is a warm and secluded haven, giving you exactly what you need for a perfect stay in Copenhagen. There are 66 so many great places in this neighbourhood – a huge selection of restaurants & cafés, great shopping if you´re after something cool and unusual, art galleries and music venues, and lovely parks just a short walk away. Libelulle Villa Libellule was built in the 1920´s, in the beautiful Belle Epoque style, with stucco-ornamented ceilings, high wall panelling, oak parquet floors, ornate fireplace and wide glass insert doors with the original faceted glass. The house is furnished in our trademark Guldsmeden style, with four-poster beds, large lounge sofas, and original works of art collected on our trips to Bali. Villa Libellule has 6 double bedrooms, 2 cosy living rooms with balconies overlooking the street, kitchen and dining room. In the garden, amongst citrus trees and the flowering multicolour bougainvillea, you will find an outdoor spa and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a dining table large enough for the whole houseful of people. Menton is situated on the sparkling Côte d´Azur, close to the Italian border, and combines the best of Italian and French cuisine, culture and ambience.

Aarhus Give a warm welcome to the very first, original Hotel Guldsmeden, named after the street where it all began, our street - Guldsmedgade - which used to house a number of goldsmiths and jewellers. When we opened the doors in 1999, we had 15 rooms and no experience in how to run a hotel! But loads and loads of warm hostmanship and enthusiasm to make up for it. We´ve since expanded to 27 rooms, and become a little more knowledgeable over the years. This is where the whole Guldsmeden Hotels adventure originated, where bohemian, laid-back luxury met the best sustainable food & drink, laying the cornerstone for our concept and continued growth. But Aarhus Guldsmeden will forever be the family home. MANON les suites Here´s Manon les Suites, smack in the middle of some of Copenhagen´s most attractive sights and areas! Manon les Suites takes the Guldsmeden Hotels concept to new levels – our relaxed, sustainable lifestyle in a hip, happy and lush environment is the perfect urban base for friends, couples or failies looking to enjoy everything that Copenhagen offers. Just a few minutes´ walk from the iconic Copenhagen lakes, Tivoli gardens and city centre, Torvehallernes gourmet-food market, the lovely green inner-city parks, design shops and restaurants – you name it, it´s just around the corner! 80 suites, all able to accommodate a family or group of 5 – or give a single or double occupants plenty of space! Oh, and don´t miss the Jungle Gym in the basement, while you´re here - the coolest gym in town, and free for all guests at Manon les Suites. LU LU Berlin, we heard you calling us and now we´re here! Lulu Guldsmeden has taken up residence in a beautiful classical building with the best location on Potsdamer Strasse. Lulu Guldsmeden has 80 lovely and cosy rooms in the signature Guldsmeden style, complete with four-poster beds and all the features that make our hotels a haven for travellers away from home, whether it be for work or play. Lulu Guldsmeden is also home to Sæson, our sustainable Nordic-inspired restaurant, where you can share our love of good food & drink. All sustainably sourced and mainly organic, of course – being in the country that pioneered organic and biodynamic agriculture, we are making the most of it, and exploring all the opportunities for re-inventing our favourite dishes! A conference room for up to 20 persons is also available, of course supported throughout the day by the tender, loving care and wonderful food & drink that we lavish on all our guests.
