“I was delighted <strong>to</strong> receive a commission<br />
at last year’s <strong>Open</strong> <strong>Studios</strong>.<br />
It was a request from a lovely couple who came along<br />
<strong>to</strong> look at my work. They liked my style but wanted<br />
something bigger than I had at <strong>the</strong> exhibition, so<br />
<strong>the</strong>y asked me <strong>to</strong> do <strong>the</strong>m a commission.<br />
This was <strong>the</strong> biggest painting I’ve done <strong>to</strong> date<br />
(1.2m x 1m) and I really enjoyed <strong>the</strong> whole process.<br />
Luckily, <strong>the</strong>y were very pleased with <strong>the</strong> end result.”<br />
