Marilyn Hoover, the secretive treasure hunter whose identity
is known only by a select few. Born and raised in the harsh
conditions of the Arctic, it shaped her to be the tough, ruthless
and ambitious woman who she is now.
It is unknown when Marilyn started treasure hunting.
Rumors said that it began approximately a decade ago. Basing
her operations in her own arctic base, eventually, her treasure
collection accumulated to the point that the base was unusable.
Her base of operations was transferred to the center of Mount
Everest. At one point, a mysterious space freighter crashed into
Everest. The freighter, surprisingly, survived the impact in perfect
condition. The freighter was equipped with a time travel system,
yet it had limits. It could go to any moment in the past. However,
its maximum forward time jump was limited to the farthest point
in time that the ship had existed. This means that it could not
jump forward in time beyond the point of time that it came from.
Still, the capability proved to be useful as she utilized the freighter
to steal treasures from various eras in the past. She named the
freighter Carrion Spike.
