Robert Bock 4 th runner-up, FAther of the Year 2018 Robert Bock,is happily married with Maria Louise having 3 children, Alfred, Benjamin and Clarissa. Alfred Bock is finishing Bachelor of Science in Engineering, 30 yrs of age, a former graduate of Interactive design and Animation, and worked on the Russell Crowe film about Turkey. Benjamin Bock, 27 yrs old is a Design Graduate. Clarissa Bock holds Degree in Performing Arts and independent music performer and music producer. Robert went to Newington College in Sydney. He is the Owner Manager of AUS PAC Education and a Registered Migration Agent helping a lot of Filipino Australian clients He is a Leading visa consultant with 25 years of experience. He was the security manager of Sydney City Soccer Club and Manager of McDonalds Restaurant He was an active community worker being Director of Philippine Community Council for 6 year, He was past President of Australian Philippine Commerce and Industry Inc. and he is a Justice of the peace. Rommel Catap honoree, FAther of the Year 2018 Rommel Catap is a native of San Fernando, Pampanga. He finished his secondary education at Jose Abad Santos High School and obtained a a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication frRoom Saint Louis University in Baguio City. He is a loving and devoted husband to his wife, Lourdes with whom he has two children. After graduation, he worked as Medical Representative of Sanofi Philippines for 7 years. He was also the owner manager of RPC Merchandising and La Cheska Enterprises. He has a great interest in Ballroom dancing so he was also a ballroom dance Instructor He came to Australia in 2000 and worked at Bosshard Medical Pty Ltd as process worker and at Harvey Norman as Showroom Consultant. At present, he is a Disability Support Worker. Rommel’s deep passion in the arts of Ballroom Dancing led him to form the Baile Internationale Dancers. This group performs in different events of charitable organizations. . He joined several Ballroom Competition in NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD for the South Pacific Dance Sport: in Sydney, National Capital in Canberra, Australian National Dance Association, FATD, Loan Express and won the following prestigious awards: World Superstars Masters 1 Level 4-1st place 2005, East Coast Classic - Town Hall, Winner Level 4, Finalist- 2009 Winner Level 2- 2003. Bruce Alfred Kemp honoree, FAther of the Year 2018 Bruce was born on the 8th of April at Parramatta Hospital, NSW. He finished his Year 12 at Sydney College, and at Wollongong Technical College, the Upper Level Business Administration and Heavy Vehicle Driving Course. He has three children, one son and two daughters who are all successful in business. He has also 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, Bruce is a retired Interstate Coach owner and a retired Local and Interestate Heavy Vehicle Owner Operator, which he establiched in 1968. He is also a retired owner of Heavy Vehicle Driving School. He is a professional photographer and videographer covering weddings and corporate functions. Bruce passion for community service include being volunter driver for cancer patients and he is a strong supporter to the Illawarra Filipino and Multicultural Womens Group in supporting their fund raising projects, providing photography and videography and providing transport for the groups representatives in attending functions in Sydney. Bruce loves gardening.
Barry Peever honoree, FAther of the Year 2018 Barry was born and raised in Babinda, North Queensland. He is a loving father to four children who gave him ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Throughout his working years, Barry was a self-employed man in the transport industry. He was involved in trucks, buses, and taxis transport system. A hardworking father, Barry raised his family well. He retired from his job after 56 years and is now enjoying and appreciating the fruits of his labor. At the moment, he is enjoying his family and is giving his wife driving lessons. He is also involved in activities that his wife enjoys and he loves to do gardening and shopping. Emerson Tuazon honoree, FAther of the Year 2018 Emerson Tuazon was born in Manila and is happily married to Mellanie and they are blessed with 3 wonderful children. He finished his secondary education at the Victoriano Mapa High School and at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Emerson is a Registered Nurse and had worked at Concord Hospital as Coronary Care Nurse. He is currently working as Clinical Support Specialist for a medical device company. His hobbies include as DJ/Singer at ETunes Australia mobile sounds and entertainment, Singer at Turtle Search Big Band (18 piece jazz/ swing band), and Singer at Harana Republic band (Sydney cover band). Nelson Wico honoree, FAther of the Year 2018 Nelson hails from San Pablo City Laguna. He studied at Ambray Elementary School, Laguna College for high school and went to San Pablo College finishing Bachelor of Science in Commerce.. He worked at the Ministry of Local Government, Department of Interior Local Government at Metro Manila Commission as a Government employee. He is married to Flor and blessed with 2 children. He works at Qantas Domestic Freight Sydney Australia as Airline Service Operator. A member of Couples for Christ and a Devotee of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
